The school will be in the southern city of Bandar Abbas and will open in 2011, with a total capacity of 1,000 students. Approximately 100 will graduate each year. Mr. Maghami hopes this move will help underprivileged children and create unique job opportunities.

Sima Karoon was a 1,278 TEU and was built in 1983. Sima Yazd was a 1,210 TEU and was built in 1982. The vessels were scrapped in India.
