CASHIER

The candidate should be commerce graduate with 2-3 years’ experience as a cashier. The candidate should have knowledge of bank reconciliation and have experience in dealing with bank for day to day work i.e. remittance etc.




Overseas Liner Agencies Assist.Manager

The candidate should be professionally qualified (preferably in accounts) with 8-10 years’ experience in shipping.

Primary duties would include- Assisting in all functions of overseas agency offices, day to day communication involving regional offices, principals, budgets and P&L Monitoring. Candidates with Liner agency experience at principal level preferably on a commercial side would be given weightage. Candidate should be fluent in English with good communication and interpersonal skills. A hands-on knowledge on Accounts would be preferred.




Technical Superintendent

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF TECHNICAL SUPERINTENDENT

1.  Monitoring day to day operation of the ship
2.  Monitoring statutory and classification surveys for all plant and equipment on fleet are carried out on time.
3.  Conducting audits of company office and ships S.M.S.
4.  Assisting in Investigating machinery failures and any resulting insurance claims.
5.  Assisting in dealing with non-conformities covering technical procedures of the S.M.S both ashore and on ship.
6.  Ensure conduct and follow up of PMS on vessels.
7.  Studying and arranging the supply of spares parts and stores to vessels in liaison with technical manager.
8.  Ensure regular technical inspection of vessels and preparing detailed inspection report on company standard form.
9.  Ensure regular technical reports are received from vessels in accordance with company policy and instructions.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:

The Technical Superintendent should be around 35 years old ,to be the holder of a 1st class Marine Engineer’s certificate and sailing experience for 3 years in the same rank, preferably with office experience as technical superintendent.




Marine Superintendent

The candidate should be a Master Mariner with class one certificate having min 5 years of experience as Master on Ocean going Vessels preferably on Container Ships. He should also have office experience of min 3 years as DPA, safety officer and company security officer with certificates of lead auditors in ISM and ISPS.

 

Primary duties would include maintenance of company fleet as Marine Superintendent & effective implementation and maintenance of the company’s S.M.S (Safety Mgt Sys), & ISPS (Intl ship & Port Facility Security code) carrying out both ship based and shore based audits, improve safety awareness and ensure health and safety /security of office personnel, dealing with non-conformities covering ship and shore based operations, assist in investigating accident report regd safety and insurance, liaising with crew manager for training requirements and participate in day to day operations of fleet ships. As CSO the role will also include development, submission for approval, implementation and maintenance of the plan for the ships.
